Direct from Miami USA, Bellydance Superstar BOZENKA, is choreographer to one of the world’s biggest pop sensations, SHAKIRA, and winner of the coveted golden crown of “Miss Bellydance” at the Ahla Wa Sahlan Festival.

Her distinguished elegance and her classic, earthy technique have elevated Bozenka to Superstar status.  Charismatic yet unpretentious, she is globally known as one of the most sought-after instructors in the art of Belly Dancing.

As an entrepreneur, Bozenka owned/directed her own world-class studio in Miami, Florida – Bozenka’s Belly Dance Academy – known as the premier belly dance school in all of South Florida.

Also from Miami, USA, Daniela is an innovative fusion bellydance artist mixing delicate feminine sensibilities with an impressive display of core strength and muscle isolation. She maintains the fluidity and grace of traditional belly dance while introducing experimental fusion flair.

She began her training in Traditional Egyptian and American Cabaret styles of bellydance, travelling as far as Egypt to study and perform with some of the world's greatest dancers. However, after seeing Rachel Brice perform in 2006 she fell in love with the beauty of Tribal Fusion Bellydance. Then she immediately began expanding her practice and began the experimental journey of Tribal Fusion Bellydance. She is now internationally known for a uniquely feminine, imaginative, and thoroughly captivating fusion style, and because of her fun yet challenging teaching style, she is a highly sought after instructor. She has taught various workshops in the US and also internationally in places like Italy, Spain, Holland and Russia.

Originally from Adelaide, Keke now resides in Kyoto, Japan.  Her extensive dance experience includes Greek folk dance, ballet and flamenco as well as many years dancing and performing with Nayima Hassan.

Keke has been teaching bellydance since 2004 and has her own dance troupe, Layali Safa. She is a regular attendee of workshops with the world’s most renowned teachers and performers and has recently attended several of the Nile Group Festivals in Cairo, taking workshops with legends such as Mahmoud Reda, Farida Fahmy and Aida Nour to name a few. In April 2007 she performed at the Cairo Festival with a live band, and was featured for four weeks on a weekly bellydance on Cairo TV Channel OTV.

JRISI JUSAKOS

Jrisi is a multi-award winning choreographer, teacher , director and producer of Hathor Dance Studio.

 As one of the most versatile Oriental Dance artists in Australia with accreditations in multiple dance styles, she is highly respected and praised as an innovator and vibrant performer.

She is the recipient of an Australia Council Arts Dance Grant, and regularly performs and conducts workshops throughout Australia and internationally. She has released three Instructional DVD’s which have gone on to sell worldwide.

Jrisi has had the rare opportunity to further her professional skills around the world with Egyptian master teachers in countries such as Egypt, Lebanon, Germany, New York, she has also trained at the prestigious Alvin Ailey Dance School, Steps On Broadway and Broadway Dance Centre in New York City.

She has performed in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur for the Queen of Malaysia; and has appeared on several television programmes including a dance series filmed in Egypt by Nile Satellite and Postcards WA.

As a member and Artistic Director of Ghawazi Caravan, Devi is one of Australia’s premier ATS dancers, teachers and choreographers, having taught many of the top dancers in the genre.  Devi is also well-known for creatively fusing other styles such as Flamenco, Indian, Egyptian and ballet.

She is renowned throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe for her reative, thorough and approachable teaching style and her beautiful and commanding stage presence. 

She regularly co-teaches General Skills workshops with Carolena Nericcio, and several of her own moves have been accepted into the ATS Syllabus.

Hathor Dance Theatre has been established since 2003 and is one of the most recognized and respected professional dance troupes in Australia today. Known for their intricate and highly creative choreographies, HDT are frequently invited to perform at high profile events.

Jrisi Jusakos was awarded "Creative Choreographer" Award as well as "Best Troupe" award by Amera's Palace.

HDT is also a sister company to Hathor Tanz Troupe based in Berlin, Germany. With the permission of Dr. Mo Geddawi, Hathor Dance Theatre are the only Australian group allowed to represent his choreographies and techniques.

GHAWAZI CARAVAN

Ghawazi Caravan is an innovative Tribal Bellydance company founded in 2000 by one of Australia's premier Tribal dancers and choreographers, Devi Mamak. Devi and the award winning Ghawazi Caravan are highly sought after locally and all over the country, N.Z, Asia, Europe and the U.S.A for workshops and performances.

Many of the dancers in Ghawazi Caravan have been dancing for well over a decade with most having travelled to the U.S.A to learn from the masters of Tribal and Oriental belly dance including the creator of American Tribal Style (ATS), Carolena Nericcio, artistic director of Fat Chance belly Dance (FCBD). Devi Mamak, artistic director of Ghawazi Caravan, has completed Carolena Nericcio's intensive Teacher Training course, which has lead to Ghawazi Caravan being a sister school to FCBD. Devi has worked hard on creating new steps that fit in well with the FCBD format. 9 of these steps have been added to the FCBD format.
