Bellydance is a unique and enjoyable way to keep fit during pregnancy and a wonderful way in which to connect and bond with your baby through dance.

This workshop is designed specifically for the particular needs of pregnant

women. It incorporates belly dance movements that have long been assosiated

with pregnanc and labor with light toning and stretching exercises to help women feel invigorated, beautiful in their changing bodies, and ready for childbirth.

Absolute beginners are most welcome, no experience necessary to join this workshop.

Each student will be given a coin hip belt and veil to add a touch of "bling" to your

workout!

Suitable for all levels

Much more than a basic 1,2,3 turn! In this workshops dancers will be taught a wide smogasboard of turns from Ballet turns and Pirouttes, to Contemporary turns, Flamenco turns and so much more. You will never do the same turns again. Short easy to remember combinations with traveling techniques will be taught so you can take them home and use them in your own repertoire. Suitable for Beyond Beginners to Advanced Tribal and Oriental dancers.

Jrisi is available to teach workshops at your home or place of work. Relieve stress in your lunch hour by shimmying away to the soothing and intoxicating sounds of the east. If you can't come to us, we'll come to you. Equipped with music, hip scarves and fun.

Jrisi and her dance company are available to bring Bellydancing and other forms of dance such as Latin Dance, Yoga, West African dance and drumming to you and your employees. Please contact us for a quote.

Guest teaching in your bellydance school

Have Jrisi come out for one day of workshops to give your students and extra look into Oriental Dance. Two 2hour workshops followed by a mini  lecture of Jrisi's experiences, Q's and A's on life as a professional dancer in Sydney, some of Jrisi's footage of International dancers on DVD. Workshop topics can vary from International dance teachers repertoire and Jrisi's own repertoire. Construct your own workshop based on your students needs.

Hen's and Children's Parties

Hathor Dancers will add that extra bit of excitement to your special party.

Bollywood and Belly Dance classes to entertain your guests. Dance up a storm and have a great time.

Hathor Dancers come prepared with authentic hip scarves, veils and bindis for each guest.

In one hour class guests will learn basic and fun techniques in either Bollywood or Belly Dance, learn a little routine and perform it in front of your guests.

You'll be the toast of the party.
