Hathor Dance Theatre members have over 10years of Bellydance training and performance experience.

Each individually talented in all areas of Bellydance, from traditional folkloric to

modern classical/cabaret.

Our shows are stylish, captivating and visually spectacular.

We utilise various different props to make a show more dynamic such as:

Hens’s Party in Belly Dance and Bollywood!

1 hour instructional class

Your instructor comes prepared with music, stereo, veils, hips scarves

bindis and special jewelry for the Hens.

Hens receive a special gift.

A fun and light choreography will be taught incorpating simple

movements. Plenty of time for photos, videos and nibbles

50mins instructional class plus 10mins of performance

Your instructor will open with a stunning performance in authentic

costuming. Incorporating props such as veil, sword and giant Isis wings.

Do you want to perform? Would you like to be part of Sydney’s growing bellydance scene. There are plenty of performance opportunities throughout the year which students can participate.

You can be part of one or two ensembles:

The Hathor Dance Ensemble I

The Hathor Dance Ensemble II

Jrisi and her students regularly are invited to perform at some of Sydney’s premier Bellydance shows such as Sydney Middle Eastern Dance Festival, The Bellydancers Ball, Hafla on the Side plus lots of community festivals and functions.

If you like to learn new and creative choreographies, have time for weekly rehearsals, would like to be part of a fun lively group of women and can supply your own costume then this is for you.

We are always looking for new people to join our growing group.

If you come to weekly classes then you are eligible to participate in either of the ensembles.
